The Most Visually Satisfying Food Posts on Instagram Right Now

It's the coronavirus era, and we're all cooped up in our homes with nothing to do. Sure, we're doing the right thing staying safe by not infecting anyone else, but the reality is, these current 24 hours of absolute freedom of doing whatever you want (at home) can lead to boredom, slight depression (that's another story), and mindless hours spent of absolutely doing nothing.
Fortunately for me, I still got some writing to do, so at least there's some activity for me. However, I can admit that there have been times when I've literally spent hours just looking at my wall, staring at my phone, or played the sims for a little too long.
I've mostly been on Instagram during these pandemic days, obviously just snooping into other people's lives and whatnot, but recently, I've noticed a specific collection of posts that have strangely seemed to make me feel better, amidst the ongoing surge of bad news every single minute. Food posts on Instagram! You know that hashtag #foodporn, never have I thought that there would actually be a day when these types of culinary images would amp up my day. So I'm going to share some with you, here are some food posts that will guarantee to brighten up your mood, no matter what's going on in the world right now.
The sickest cake ever! From the instagram account The Wedding Bliss, whoever's responsible for how this cake turned out is seriously super duper talented. I don't know about you, but this definitely caught my attention, and once it did, my endorphins were soaring. Look at that granola goodness! The Honey Bar is a smoothie and juice bar in San Francisco, California. Their stuff is honestly so appealing to look at, and though I've never tasted any of it yet, I bet you a hundred bucks it's pretty good. As I like to always say, "whatever looks good, tastes good." They're also good for you too! Granola, chia seeds, fresh fruit all over the place, seeing some coconut chunks up in here, and everything plant based! All the way from Seoul, South Korea, this is such a cool idea! I never even though of adding an element like this to an already scrumdiliamptious macron. This bakery from Seoul offers macrons with an super cool twist. They're basically like little sweet sandwiches filled with either vanilla or chocolate cream in the center, or even the craziest ones, with full sized fruits (strawberry and grapes) or a finger size piece of a chocolate bar. Obviously, boba had to be part of this segment, and what could be a better way than how this post shows it all. This picture is visually appealing not just because it's bubble tea, but the way they presented as a pyramid of different kinds, is marvelously genius. My favourite one in this picture is the multi-coloured ones. I've actually seen them made before (different store, not this one), and the process is very very cool. I love this bakery! I've been following them since forever. Family owned bakery in Toronto, Ontario. Their Instagram feed makes you want to buy the whole store! They've got cakes (like these), pies, bread, donuts, and even those lattes with the latte art- even had a face on it once. The presentation of this cake is mind boggling. Not only do the main colours compliment each other well, but the added cake toppers also showcase almost everything SanRemo offers in their stores.
